You train.
We handle the rest.
A coach who knows your file runs your training, fueling, and mindset as one plan, and rebuilds it every Monday around the week you actually had.
- A named human coach
- First two weeks are calibration
- First month refunded if it isn't right
€150/mo founding rate · €180/mo after the first 20
Open it in the morning. Today is already decided.
The arrangement
You've been your own coach.
Programmer, nutritionist, motivator — and the person who still has to show up and lift. The problem is rarely effort. It's coordination.
Before — every job at once
- Doing the math on every meal
- Winging every workout
- Training hard, recovering badly
- Watching the scale refuse to budge
- Googling what to do at midnight
Now — the work you keep
- Show up and train
- Eat without the math
- Check in once a week
- Trust the plan
Together, we move forward.
How it works
One loop, every week.
Monday, the plan lands. You train. On the weekend you check in — five minutes. Next Monday is built from what you told us.
Any morning
Open it, and today is decided
The week's plan lands on Monday. Every morning after that, the answer is already there: your session, your fuel, and your coach on one screen. Nothing to plan, nothing to negotiate with yourself.
- Training, fueling, and mindset arrive as one brief
- Written against your real capacity, not your best-ever week
In the gym
It paces you, set by set
One movement on screen, with a demo so you're not guessing what it should look like. Log the set in one tap. The rest clock starts itself, counts you down, and puts the next set in front of you — warm-up to cool-down, without you running the session from your phone.
- Most movements carry a short demo clip — watch it, then lift
- No stopwatch to start, no timer to remember: it counts you down and moves you on
- What you log this week shapes what you're asked for next
Every day
Nothing to count.
Your hand is the measuring tool: palms of protein, cupped hands of carbs, greens on everything. No food scale, no logging every bite — the portions move with how hard you trained that day.
- Heavy day, easy day, rest day — the plate changes, you don't do the math
- Step on the scale when we ask. The trend over weeks — never a single morning — is what tells your coach to adjust your portions up or down
Weekend
Five signals. Five minutes.
Energy, recovery, stress, sleep, fueling — rated honestly, not optimistically. Then a win, a friction point, and anything your coach should know.
- Four short steps, no essay writing
- This is the input Monday's plan is built from
Any time
A real person, one message away
Your coach reads every check-in and replies in your thread — not a bot, not a group chat. Ask whether to add a run, flag a niggle, or say the week went badly, and what comes back is an actual answer with the reasoning attached.
- Your named coach, not whoever's on shift
- Open coach office hours every two weeks if you'd rather talk it through
Installs to your phone straight from the browser. No app store, no download.
The system underneath
It reads your week, then rebuilds the plan.
You see the same thing your coach sees: where you are on the path, whether it's working, and what actually moves it.
Rebuilt every Monday
Your check-in and your logged sets decide what next week asks of you. A bad week bends the plan instead of breaking it.
Lighter weeks are scheduled
Three weeks build, then a lighter week lets it stick — a notch higher each round. Recovery is in the program, not a reward for burning out.
Two honest signals
The same work starting to feel easier, and the load on the bar going up. Your coach reads both and tells you plainly what's moving.
Programming built on strength-and-conditioning practice — not on what performed well as a clip.
Built to last
This isn't a twelve-week program.
Most coaching is sold in blocks. Twelve weeks, a transformation, then you're on your own again. PSP is built the other way round: the first block is where your coach learns you, and every block after that starts from what's already known.
Life will interrupt. A new job, a bad month, a year where training isn't the priority. When it does, the plan bends, or you step away. And when you come back, you don't start over. Your coach still knows the knee, the thing with breakfast, and what a good week looks like for you.
The goal was never your best twelve weeks. It's that at fifty, sixty, seventy, you're still directing your energy at what matters to you.
Your file stays yours
History, working weights, what worked and what didn't. It builds the longer you're here.
Step away when life demands it
Return without re-explaining yourself. Your coach picks up from what's known, not from an intake form.
No streaks, no guilt hooks
A missed week is circumstance, never character. That's a rule in how we write to you, not a mood.
Where you're starting
Three starting points. One system.
Pick the closest — your coach calibrates from there. Same system underneath; what it says to you changes.
Getting (back) into it
A rhythm that holds.
Starting fresh, or coming back after time off. Not another crash program — a rhythm that survives a bad week and holds when motivation doesn't. Where most people begin.
Progress looks likeThe same session stops feeling hard.
This is me →Change how you're built
Body recomposition.
Leaner, denser, more capable — in the mirror and on the bar. You've done the diet that worked and then watched it slip. This time the structure holds past month four.
Progress looks likeYou get leaner without getting weaker.
This is me →A date on the calendar
Competition prep.
Meet, race, podium, stage — everything between now and then has to point at it. Someone who's run the calculus before, so you arrive prepared instead of cooked.
Progress looks likeYou arrive on the day sharp, not cooked.
This is me →Same coaching system underneath. Your track decides how it talks to you, how you're fueled, and which number counts as progress.
Who's coaching
Expert practitioners, guiding the work.
"I build your capacity, then help you point it at what you actually want."
Ivan Sanz
Founder & head coach · Strength & conditioning · Berlin
Ivan spent fifteen years building internet infrastructure before movement brought him back to his own body — and he coaches with the same eye. Where most people see an effort problem, he sees a configuration one: training, fueling, recovery, and mindset working against each other instead of together. He still coaches group classes on a Berlin gym floor every week. Foundations before intensity, and never fear or shame as fuel.
NASM-CPT & Sports Nutrition Coach (NSCA-CSCS in progress) · 250+ group classes coached across San Francisco and Berlin · Ironman 70.3 · CrossFit since 2011
"I could type a paragraph about his knowledge of the human body and how it relates to fitness — but what stands out most is Ivan's heart."
Lizzie Siegel
Coaching client · San Francisco
"What stands out about Ivan isn't just his knowledge, it's how much he cares about his clients getting better. His passion lies in seeing you grow. You'll work hard, and you'll get results."
Jackson Maschoff
Head Coach & Lead Programmer · Flagship Athletics, San Francisco
Chris Sanz — Assistant coach · Onboarding & athlete support
Chris handles your onboarding and the practical questions, and keeps an eye on your first weeks. Ivan writes the plan, reads every check-in, and makes the calls. Two people who know your name, from day one.
More coaches join as the cohort grows — trained on the same system.

Before you commit.
Is this another fitness app?
No. PSP is human coaching with a system underneath. The app is where the coaching lands — your plan, your sessions, your fuel, your coach's replies. You're never left alone with a workout library.
What do I need to train?
Access to weights — ideally a gym, but a home setup works too (even a few adjustable dumbbells go a long way). Strength is the spine of the program, so you'll want something you can load. Tell your coach what you've got in the intake, and the plan is built around it.
What if I miss a week?
Bad weeks are data, not failure. Your coach reads the weekend signals — energy, recovery, stress, friction — and the next Monday's plan reflects what actually happened, not what you'd planned.
What if my goal changes?
Goals shift — that's expected. Your coach reassesses where you are and where you want to go, then changes what the plan emphasizes. The work itself takes time, so patience is part of the deal.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account, no notice period. Not right in your first month? Say so and it's refunded. Reply to any PSP email or message your coach in the app.
What if I need to stop for a while?
Tell your coach. Your file stays, and when you come back your coach picks up from what's known, not from an intake form. If you cancel outright, your file still stays; delete it any time from your account.
What if my coach changes?
PSP holds your file, not the coach. If your coach moves on, the next one reads the same history and your plan doesn't reset. You'll always know who is coaching you, by name.
How is this different from an app, or from other online coaching?
Two different things. Nutrition and training apps are an algorithm: they adjust your targets from what you log, for a fraction of the price, and there's no one to ask. Online coaching with a real human costs about what we do. What's different here is the shape of it: one coach holds your training, fueling, and mindset as a single plan, rebuilds it every Monday from your check-in, and knows your file. If you want an algorithm, take the app. If you want judgment across the whole week, this is the version.
Is this just strength training? Is the plan actually mine?
Strength is the spine, because it's what moves everything else. Conditioning is programmed around it by track, and if you run, ride, climb, or play a sport, your coach fits the week around that. The plan itself is built from your intake, not picked from a shelf: how many days you can really train, what equipment you have, injuries and what hurts, your age, your goal or event date, what you can't eat. Then your coach edits anything the system got wrong. Two athletes on the same track do not get the same week.
Ready to be coached?
Hand off the coaching. Show up to train. The work compounds, and your coach remembers.
